1:00 PM: With the emergency handled, I grab a quick lunch in my van. It’s not glamorous, but it’s all part of providing prompt and reliable service to our customers in Southern Indiana.

2:00 PM: The afternoon is dedicated to a new HVAC system installation. Working with a team of fellow J. E.
